1.      Reconciled budget with city clerk—moved $758 from Savings to cover the $2000 rent to city.

2.      Filed e-Rate FCC form 472 (BEAR) to receive reimbursement for internet service

3.      Renewed DMCA copyright protection

4.      Offering specific activities for summer reading program extras and a morning and late afternoon Wednesday story time with craft have gotten more attendees

5.      Saved on Globe Gazette subscription from proposed increase of $118 to $76.59

6.      Book purchases last three years: 428 for $5400, 518 for $5800, & 492 for $6200

7.      Carmen Myers agreed to serve on the board—replacing Shirley

a.       Review of wages. City council raised salaries by 5%

Currently: Director at $20, Asst. Director at $13, & Part-time at $10

5% raise would be $21, $13.65, & $10.50
